Warranty and Repair
Quality and service are most important to us at Exhibits Etc.. Every product we offer has been carefully produced and inspected before leaving our facility. Exhibits Etc. extends a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship provided the product, in the sole option of Exhibits Etc., has not been subject to willful abuse or alteration.
Contact Exhibits Etc.' Customer Service department to obtain a return authorization number. This number must appear on the shipping label and package of the returned merchandise. Include the following information when requesting a return authorization number: Exhibits Etc. original invoice number, item number, description of merchandise, and reason for return. Packages returned without referencing a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
To expedite warranty returns and repair, customers have the option of prepaying freight to ensure timely processing of the warranty repair. Exhibits Etc. will credit ground freight if the warranty repair is determined to be a defect in material or workmanship. Customers must provide a copy of the freight bill to obtain credit.
ARISE Unconditional Lifetime Warranty
We're so sure that your display will stand the test of time that we extend to the original purchaser an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty, no questions asked.
This Warranty covers the entire aluminum geodesic frame and its components, including magnetic mounting bars. Your ARISE display is completely repairable in the field, utilizing basic tools and eliminating the need to return your display to our factory. Simply contact us for replacement parts.
This Lifetime Warranty does not include fabric or graphic panels or end caps, lights, accessories, or shipping cases.
